Easy Access via Everyday Open House! Welcome to the Every Day Open House program. We know there is a common problem for many home buyers in the real estate market today. Many times, buyers are reluctant to call and ask for help from a Realtor. In other words, they fear they will either be chasing the agent down for information on a house for sale, or the agent will begin to chase them. Our Everyday Open House Program solves this dilemma. You can preview any property you see and without fear of being pursued by a real estate agent. Our pledge is to provide you with simple easy access to the property, answer any questions you may have about it, provide you with all featured information available including a Sellers Statement disclosing all the material ins and outs of the home and its mechanical and structural systems. Buyers can enjoy this without any obligation to purchase or without fear of being pressured into buying from a real estate agent. Properties with the Everyday Open House program are available for previewing seven days a week between the times of 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. An everyday open house attendant will meet you at the property when you would like access and assist you in entering the property, as well as, provide you with any requested and pertinent information.
