Real Estate Administrative Assistant Position

Full-Time Position Available. Located in Baltimore’s Canton neighborhood. 

Job Description: Administrative Coordinator. Pay Is $14-16/hr + Bonuses 

As a perfect candidate, you will have knowledge and skills of the workings of selling real estate. A licensed agent is preferred. Candidate must have Strong Writing skills, Detail Oriented, Customer Service Skills, and Excellent Communication.

You will coordinate and manage a variety of duties. Tasks include

 • Organize and Manage Property Closings 
 • Prepare Listing and Sales Contracts 
 • Package Marketing Materials  
 • Inventory tracking and Supply ordering 
 • Prepare mailing materials 
 • Coordinate with other Team Members 
 • Running (delivering, picking up, and dropping off) 
 • Operate & track marketing systems 
 • Learn the ins & outs of real estate 
 • Service and communicate with our clients 
 • Communicate daily with partners and closing parties
 • Work with Buyers and Show Clients Homes (get selling bonuses!)

Skills Required

  • Highly organized

  • Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word 
  • MS Word mail merge is a plus 
  • Exceptional writing skills

You Will Need

   • Laptop or tablet with MS Excel & MS Word 
   • Ability to get around/Vehicle 
   • Ability to Lift 20lb boxes  

Pay/Hours

   • $14-16.00/hour w/Bonus 
   • Full-time hours 
   • Monday – Friday with occasional Weekend Hours (typically 1-4 hours) 
   • Casual dress code
